We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours. We will review your complaint thoroughly and fairly and we will keep you involved throughout the process as we work towards a resolution as quickly as possible. If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint, please refer to section 15 of our Privacy Policy.
