We understand that life can get in the way of best laid plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, just let us know as soon as you can. There is no penalty for cancelling, but a “no-show fee” may be charged if you fail to attend a confirmed appointment without notice.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours. We will review your complaint thoroughly and fairly and we will keep you involved throughout the process as we work towards a timely resolution.
